ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK

Etosha National Park is Namibia’s premier wildlife destination, renowned for its vast salt pan, diverse ecosystems, and incredible concentrations of wildlife. Covering over 22,000 square kilometers (8,500 square miles), Etosha is home to a wide variety of animals, including elephants, lions, cheetahs, rhinos, and large herds of antelope. The park’s many waterholes attract wildlife year-round, making it one of the best places in Africa for game viewing. With its striking landscapes, excellent road network, and well-maintained camps, Etosha offers an unforgettable safari experience.

Etosha National Park is located in northern Namibia, about 400 km (250 miles) north of Windhoek. The park is easily accessible via the B1 highway, with main entrances at Andersson Gate (near Okaukuejo), Von Lindequist Gate (near Namutoni), and Galton Gate (western side).
